Everyone loves unusual hairstyles, even animals. Meet Barry, a Gloster Canary with a groovy haircut that looks like a perfect bowl cut.
Barry and his haircut are famous on the internet, with 10K followers on Instagram. His Instagram bio says, “I’m Barry, the bird with the fringe!”.
Gloster Canaries originated from the Canary Islands, as its name says. But now they can’t be seen in the wild. These birds are the result of selective breeding throughout long decades. Two varieties of Gloster Canaries are Coronas (crested heads) and Consorts (smooth heads).
They don’t like human interactions because they are not social with humans like parrots. Their singing talent is also a reason to become popular among bird fans. Keep scrolling down to check out some pics of these cute little birds.
