Jonathan Kubben Quiñonez was a business consultant in Brussels. In 2016 March, Kubben sold his car and traveled to Cuba without saying to his mom. So, his mom was just a bit worried. However, after a year, Kubben started to send a simple message to his mom, saying, “Mom, I’m fine.” But he that in a unique way. Then he managed to create a brand from it, and he is still doing it.
Kubben is sending photos to his mom by holding a sign or showing that says “Mom, I’m fine.” and the more important thing is, each image that he sent to his mom has a breathtaking or sometimes terrifying background, and his campaign went viral. He wanted to inspire others’ passion for traveling. After retiring from his job, he enjoyed his happiness without any interruption, so he wanted to push others to do the same.
While he traveled through cities, countries, and continents, he made a fan base for him. Kubben’s Instagram followers reached more than 230 thousand. Early in May, he started his Indonesia tour, and his mom also joined with him. Check out his latest tours and adventures below.
